Welcome to 1stLighting. Thank you for choosing 1stLighting. We are committed to providing high-quality lighting products and a transparent, dependable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Items with manufacturing defects, quality issues, or shipping damage are eligible for return or a full refund.
If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
We accept returns for personal reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return approval and detailed instructions.
Buyers must provide a return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.Return Address

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in original, unused condition and include all tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Items must not show signs of installation, wear, or damage.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection.
After inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
We do not charge restocking fees or hidden processing fees.Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by our error, such as a defective item or incorrect product, we will cover the full return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To help reduce international return expenses, we offer a 30 USD return shipping subsidy, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, model, or color, please inform us when submitting your return request.
Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.
