Thank you for shopping with 1stLighting. We are committed to providing quality lighting products and a transparent purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
• The item has a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or shipping damage.
• You received an incorrect item.
• The item is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Non-Defective Returns
Returns for personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference) are accepted within 30 days. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
