Shipping Information
Shipping Fee: 0 USD on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 11–24 business days depending on your location and local logistics conditions.
All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if any) are included in the final price shown at checkout. You will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.
After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and provide photos for verification. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
